In Yibin, Sany opened the pilot city layout of heavy truck battery swap characteristics



On July 21, the 2022 World Power Battery Conference was held in Yibin, Sichuan. On the same day, the No. 1 station of Fuxi Charging and Storage Comprehensive Energy Station in Gaoxian County, Sany Yibin (hereinafter referred to as No. 1 station) was inaugurated and put into operation, and the city-level layout of Sany Yibin was officially opened. Station 1 was jointly built by Sany Group, Sichuan Energy Investment Development Co., Ltd., and Gaoxian Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., and is the first heavy truck battery swap pilot scenario put into operation by Sany in Yibin.

Yibin, as a national pilot city for new energy battery swap heavy trucks, is speeding up the pace of planning and construction of battery swap infrastructure during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and actively promoting the construction of "electric Yibin". It is understood that the No. 1 station is located in Yiwei Road (Yijing Road), Yibin City, along which there are a number of mixing plants, commercial mixing station enterprises, and is also an important sand and gravel supply area in the surrounding urban area. The commissioning of Station 1 will greatly promote the electrification of the entire area, improve service efficiency, and effectively promote the construction of the "Electric Yibin" project and the national heavy truck battery swap demonstration city.

It takes only 1.9 minutes for a single vehicle to be swapped at Station 1, and it is equipped with Sany's self-developed station control system, self-developed battery swap operation platform and self-developed vehicles, which are highly intelligent. The Sany battery swap station is only 5.8 meters high, covers an area of about 120 square meters, and is equipped with 7 batteries in the station, which supports two battery swap modes of top swap and side swap, and can support tractors, dump trucks, andMixer trucksand other models, suitable for short-distance reloading scenarios such as logistics parks, freight stations, mixing stations, mines, ports, and steel mills.

At the commissioning ceremony, Huang Xiuguo, Secretary of the Gaoxian County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, Huang Dingping, Member of the Standing Committee of the Gaoxian County Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China, Xiong Lin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sichuan Energy Investment Development Co., Ltd., and Yang Bing, Deputy General Manager of Sany Power Energy Technology Co., Ltd., jointly unveiled the No. 1 station.
