According to reports, this extreme endurance product created by Sany Heavy Truck has achieved five major technological breakthroughs, including large power layout, vehicle thermal management, charging efficiency, cell reliability, vehicle control, etc.

In terms of large power arrangement, the product adopts skateboard chassis + magic tower battery to achieve the arrangement of 1165 kWh, the battery volume density is increased by 40%, and the weight of the vehicle is less than 15 tons, the center of gravity is lower, and the high-speed driving is more stable.

At the same time, through independent partitioning and temperature equalization control technology, the temperature difference of the battery cell at any time is kept within 7°C, and the thermal insulation capacity is 4 times that of the traditional standard box, which greatly improves the low-temperature endurance.

In view of the problem of large power and slow charging, the product uses 800V high voltage and four-gun fast charging to achieve 1.5 hours from 10% to 90% on the basis of existing charging facilities in China.

In addition, breakthroughs have been made in battery cell reliability and vehicle control, effectively solving the industry problem of "battery cell failure and vehicle lying in the nest", and greatly improving the vehicle's computing ability and response efficiency.
