Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office officially announced the list of new batch of intellectual property demonstration enterprises and advantageous enterprises that have passed the review in 2022: Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sany Renewable Energy") has been recognized as a "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise". This is another national honor won by Sany Renewable Energy after the "Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmarking Enterprise", which is an authoritative recognition of Sany Renewable Energy's intellectual property rights and technical strength.

In September 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Outline for Building an Intellectual Property Power (2021-2035). The outline proposes that by 2025, the construction of an intellectual property power will achieve remarkable results; By 2035, the comprehensive competitiveness of intellectual property rights will rank among the top in the world, and the world-class intellectual property power with Chinese characteristics will be basically built.

As a strategic resource for national development and a core element of international competitiveness, intellectual property has become more prominent as China's development has entered a new stage. The implementation of the strategy of building a strong country with intellectual property rights can comprehensively enhance China's comprehensive strength of intellectual property rights, vigorously stimulate the innovation vitality of the whole society, and then build a world-class intellectual property power with Chinese characteristics.

As of the end of June 2022, Sany Renewable Energy has undertaken 1 national scientific research project, 6 provincial scientific research projects, and participated in the formulation of 7 national or industry standards. A total of 566 patents with independent intellectual property rights have been obtained, including 165 invention patents and 150 software copyrights.
