Sany Silicon Energy's 260MW photovoltaic power generation project in Pinglu District, Shuozhou City officially started!

Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony of the 260MW photovoltaic power generation project in Pinglu District, Shuozhou City, Sany Silicon Energy was held. Hao Yun, Secretary of the Pinglu District Party Committee, announced the start of the project, Yuan Dongmei, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor, Li Bin, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, and other leaders of the District Party Committee, as well as Dai Qinghua, Director of Sany Group and Chairman of Sany Silicon Energy, and Huang Bin, General Manager of Sany Green Energy Co., Ltd., attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The project is provided by the Sany Silicon Energy team with a full range of one-stop services, covering the whole process of engineering design, equipment procurement, construction, commissioning and operation. It is worth mentioning that the project uses 660Wp monocrystalline silicon bifacial cell modules produced by Sany Silicon Energy, which will ensure the stable operation and efficient power generation of the project.

At the ceremony, Huang Bin solemnly promised that Sany Silicon Energy will continue to deepen its industrial strategic layout in Shuozhou, rely on the technical advantages and industrial experience of Sany Group, fully promote the construction of the project, and strive to build Shuozhou into a high-tech benchmark for the silicon core industry in the central and western regions. At the same time, the company will actively cooperate with local industries to jointly promote talent training and industrial upgrading, and open a new chapter in the cooperation between enterprises and local governments.

Xu Zhen, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and deputy head of the district, spoke highly of Sany Silicon Energy's photovoltaic power generation project, especially Sany Silicon Energy, in response to the call of the District Party Committee and the District Government for transformation and high-quality development, landed a photovoltaic vertical integration project, and made significant contributions to labor employment and economic transformation. In the future, the district party committee and the district government will continue to support the construction of the project, hoping that Sany Silicon can ensure safety and quality, speed up the progress, and achieve early completion, early production, and early effectiveness of the project.

Subsequently, Secretary Hao Yun, District Mayor Yuan Dongmei, Deputy Secretary Li Bin, Chairman Dai Qinghua, and General Manager Huang Bin jointly took the stage and solemnly pressed the launching ceremony ball to announce the official start of the 260MW photovoltaic power generation project in Pinglu District, Shuozhou City, Sany Silicon Energy.

It is reported that the project is located in the area of Xishuijie Township, Pinglu District, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of about 7,181 acres, with convenient transportation and superior geographical location. The project adopts the design scheme of "block power generation, centralized grid connection", and plans to build 68 sub-arrays and a 220kV booster station. The project is expected to be completed on October 30, 2024, when it will achieve an annual power generation of about 396,868,200 kW·h, which can save 119,700 tons of standard coal, and has a significant role in reducing environmental pollution and protecting the ecological environment.
