Jiang Difei pointed out that the high-quality development of the prefabricated building industry is related to the overall economic and social development of the province, and it is necessary to improve the political position, further enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency, take real moves, tighten the responsibility, implement the detailed measures, cluster into a chain, make every effort to sprint, and unswervingly complete the annual goal of the development of the prefabricated building industry. He stressed that it is necessary to further strengthen overall planning and coordination, build and improve the work pattern of linkage between upper and lower levels, combination of sections and blocks, and coordinated efforts, guide the rapid development of the local multi-pull fast run, and urge the slow development of the local catch-up. It is necessary to further forge the industrial chain, in accordance with the work idea of "stringing beads into a chain", accurately attract a number of enterprises, capital, and technologies to supplement the chain and strengthen the chain, and move from single-handedness to group development; Accelerate the construction of a new construction industrialization engineering technology innovation center, and promote the standardization, coordination and large-scale development of the whole industrial chain. It is necessary to further expand the application scenarios, and do a good job in project filing, financial evaluation and whole-process management to ensure that "everything should be done"; In accordance with the "six ones" model, accelerate the market-oriented application of prefabricated building products; Accelerate the pace of "going out" and actively explore new markets outside the province and overseas. It is necessary to further strengthen publicity and guidance, vigorously publicize the advantages of new building industrialization in terms of ergonomics, quality, cost and safety, change the stereotype of prefabricated buildings, and form a good atmosphere for jointly promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.

Yi Xiaolin, deputy director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, reported on the progress of the prefabricated building work in Hunan Province from January to September 2024. From January to September 2024, the prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province achieved significant growth, with an output value of 150 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 141.2%, exceeding the annual target by 75%. Through high-level promotion, classification policy technology promotion and full-chain development, the industry has achieved positive results. In the future, we will strengthen overall coordination, scientific and technological innovation, publicity and guidance to promote the sustainable development of the industry.

Zhou Zhikai, deputy mayor of Changsha Municipal People's Government, said at the meeting that Changsha took the opportunity of the national intelligent construction pilot city to promote the coordinated development of intelligent construction and new building industrialization and achieve output value growth. Through full-cycle management, full-chain integration and all-round support, Changsha ensures that the output value meets the standard, boosts industrial upgrading, and provides strong guarantees. In the next step, Changsha will continue to maintain a sprint state to ensure the completion of the annual goal, and explore the creation of a prefabricated building "Changsha model".

The meeting also listened to the report of Ma Yunfei, deputy chief architect of Sany Group, on the progress of the construction of the new building industrialization engineering technology innovation center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, he introduced that the center was led by Sany Group, and 9 other units such as Central South University jointly declared, mainly on the key technologies of new building industrialization, design collaboration technology, intelligent equipment, integrated parts and components, lean construction technology research and development of the whole industry chain intelligent construction platform. This center will be used as a starting point to promote relevant research and development work, and formulate relevant prefabricated policies according to the technical characteristics of Hunan Province, and implement the multiplication plan for the development of prefabricated industries in Hunan Province.

During the meeting, the participants observed the intelligent construction project of Sany Yungu Experimental School of Hunan Normal University and the second phase of Sany Yungu Residential Project, and highly affirmed the technical and cost advantages of Sany Intelligent Construction.
