From November 26th to 29th, the 2024 Shanghai Bauma CHINA 2024 was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, and Sany Group made a stunning appearance with the theme of "New Quality Sany Global Leader", displaying 68 main engine products and 73 accessories, with a proportion of new host products as high as 75%. Among them, Sany 2T to 46T electric forklifts were unveiled and released for the first time, which was particularly eye-catching.

The Sany electric forklift family covers 11 products of different tonnages from 2T to 46T, achieving full coverage of all working conditions and scenarios. Chen Jing, general manager of Sany Offshore Engineering, introduced at the release ceremony that the trend of electrification in the industry is obvious, and the sales of electric forklifts are developing at an annual growth rate of 18%.

The higher return on investment is based on stronger scientific and technological innovation, and energy-saving technologies such as motor direct drive and brake recovery of Sany electric forklifts have become frequently consulted innovations at the exhibition. Some customers who have used Sany 16-ton electric heavy forks have reported that the comparative economy between electric forks and oil forks is very outstanding, and every 2 kWh of electricity consumed is equivalent to the operation volume of 1 liter of oil in an oil truck.

In order to improve the utilization rate of operations, Sany took the lead in applying high-voltage fast charging technology on electric forks, which can be charged to 80% in half an hour and fully charged in 1 hour, greatly reducing the charging waiting time.

Climbing ability is an important embodiment of forklift performance, taking Sany 10T electric fork as an example, full load climbing is 27%, no-load climbing is 47%, can adapt to more complex site working conditions, and creatively developed a mid-mounted box frame body, which has stronger structural performance and more convenient maintenance.
