Recently, the China Disaster Prevention Association approved the issuance of the "Basic Requirements for General Construction Machinery Rescue" (hereinafter referred to as the "Requirements") and the "General Construction Machinery Rescue Command Training Guide" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guide") two group standards, the standard numbers are T/CADP 17-2025, T/CADP 18-2025, which will be implemented on May 1, 2025.

Construction machinery plays an indispensable role in emergency rescue, but for a long time, due to the lack of unified standards and specifications, the coordination and efficiency of rescue operations have been restricted. The "Requirements" focus on the actual rescue process and on-site needs, and stipulate the general requirements, personnel requirements, rescue implementation requirements, safety requirements, equipment maintenance and maintenance of general construction machinery and equipment to participate in natural disasters or accidents, covering excavators, loaders, bulldozers,craneand other equipment.

When the emergency rescue team commanded the general construction machinery to carry out the operation, many problems that needed to be solved were exposed. The guide provides the general principles, training subjects, training implementation, drill implementation, assessment and evaluation of general construction machinery rescue command training, and is suitable for all kinds of emergency rescue teams for the training of general construction machinery rescue command.

2024In February, Beijing Sany Charity Foundation officially participated in the formulation of standards, and simultaneously wrote standard proposals and feasibility study plans. In March 2025, the China Association for Disaster Prevention held a review meeting of the group standards of the "Requirements" and "Guidelines" in the form of video conference, and the experts put forward optimization suggestions for some details, and all opinions were adopted.
