On the morning of June 24, sponsored by the National Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Relief Committee and the Work Safety Committee of the State Council, and jointly organized by the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Central Radio and Television, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Government, the "Emergency Mission 2025" national comprehensive exercise was held simultaneously in Heilongjiang, Henan, Shenzhen and other places.

As the "scientific and technological pioneer" in the field of emergency rescue in China, Sany emergency equipment has performed prominently in the two core battlefields of emergency rescue of large storage tank fire and explosion accidents in Henan and the full-façade fire of super high-rise buildings in Shenzhen by virtue of its independent innovation hard power.

In the extremely dangerous rescue scenario that simulates the fire and explosion accident of a large storage tank, Sany has a large span of 8 unitsRaise jet fire trucks(JP21/48/51/62/65) and the detection of fire trucks coordinated operations, becoming the largest number of rescue forces in the exercise.

Remote monitoring data support

Through the pioneering vehicle-mounted infrared telemetry technology, the gas composition of the tank farm is analyzed and dynamically monitored at a distance, quickly and accurately around the leakage area, so as to provide data support for fire extinguishing decisions.

Six-section fully folding boom technology

Breaking through the problems of traditional lifting vehicles to cross obstacles, precise fire extinguishing, fire monitoring, and limited operation sites, the large-span lifting jet fire truck monitors the water cannon operation in real time through technologies such as exclusive patents for arbitrary support, multi-section boom combined action, boom water pump collaborative linkage, and high-definition image real-time return, so as to achieve precise strikes on tank cooling and total attack and fire extinguishing.

Multiple large-span high-lift jet fire trucks work together to occupy favorable terrain to form a fan-shaped fire extinguishing formation to effectively suppress the spread of fire, and at the same time, a fog-like water curtain is used to implement protective spraying on adjacent storage tanks from top to bottom.

Break through the 150-meter skyline and reshape the rules of fire extinguishing in super high-rise buildings

In the extreme scenario of simulating the "fire on the whole façade of the city's super high-rise building", Sany's three star equipment built a three-dimensional fire extinguishing line.

Participated in the external fire control drill, and with the world's highest jet height of 150 meters, successfully established a "fire fortress in the air" to effectively block the vertical spread of the fire on the façade.
