"The express delivery industry has a special requirement for heavy trucks: charging one electric car to run the whole distance, which is a big challenge for us." Matching the ultra-long battery life is faster energy replenishment efficiency. Jiangshan SE636 adopts megawatt-level fast charging technology, which can supplement 300 kilometers of battery life in 30 minutes, which not only provides a strong guarantee for express delivery operations in high-speed scenarios, but also greatly reduces the time required for energy replenishment.

"The time cost of drivers in the express delivery industry to replace the battery is too high, so we will do a 'full at once' design, and then make up for the last mile through fast charging." He Qi said frankly that traditional new energy vehicles carry the battery behind the cockpit, which not only affects the trailer space, but also raises the center of gravity of the vehicle, and the new heavy truck sinks the battery under the chassis, which not only ensures the stability of the vehicle, but also frees up a more reasonable cargo space for the trailer; This design seems simple, but it involves the linkage and adjustment of multiple systems such as chassis reconstruction, battery heat dissipation, and electric drive axle layout, which is not easy.


"Just like grid transmission, high voltage can be more efficient, and we are the 'ceiling' of high-voltage technology in new energy vehicles." He Qi told reporters that the vehicle is now equipped with an 800-volt high-voltage platform, which not only reduces transmission losses, but also lays the foundation for the fast charging system.

It is equipped with an L2+ level assisted driving system, with functions such as automatic following, automatic braking, and lane keeping, which can significantly reduce the driver's fatigue and safety risks caused by long-term driving. For express drivers, this is not only a technical upgrade, but also a considerate burden reduction.


"Heavy trucks are calculated to travel 150,000 kilometers a year, saving 0.8 yuan in electricity costs per kilometer, and can save 120,000 yuan a year." He Qi said that considering the purchase subsidies, electricity price advantages, and maintenance costs after long-term use, the total cost of ownership (TCO) of drivers is getting lower and lower, truly achieving "more and more savings".
