In order to thoroughly implement the group's "AI leadership and platform collaboration" strategy and improve the quality and efficiency of production, sales and inventory management, on July 29, the special learning activity of "production and marketing existence line system" hosted by the intelligent manufacturing headquarters and inventory management office and undertaken by heavy machinery was successfully held in Kunshan Park.

In the morning, the intelligent manufacturing headquarters analyzed the blueprint of the "future manufacturing plan" and the data revolution of research and supply, production, sales and inventory; The Inventory Management Office analyzed the S&OP mechanism; The Heavy Machinery Division explained in detail the structure and value of the "Galileo Plan", and at the same time dismantled the key points of the medium- and long-term/weekly plan and explained the key to business multi-level planning and policy coordination. The marketing team at home and abroad shared the dynamic strategy of international and domestic plans.


In the afternoon, 47 experts from 15 departments of the group were divided into three groups for on-site discussions, focusing on the pain points of system implementation, data sharing bottlenecks and collaboration difficulties, and posing problems and solving problems in a targeted manner, and outputting conclusions with reference value for the group level. The seminar was broadcast live simultaneously, and more than 200 planners of the group participated in the learning online, effectively helping the professional capacity building of planners.
