In June, Sany Group's "Service Journey" activity in Indonesia was launched, and the team of outlets in Kalimantan, Maluku, Sulawesi, Sumatra and other outlets braved the heat wave and crossed five major island groups to provide customers with equipment inspection, preventive maintenance and on-site training, and practiced the firm commitment of "customer first" with hard work.

June tackling: 1,000 pieces of equipment have a new look
In June, the East Kalimantan team of Sany Indonesia went deep into the front line of the mining area and completed the inspection of 96 equipment. "With the professional support of Sany, we feel more at ease working together!" Customer recognition shows the value of service.

At the same time, the South Kalimantan team focused on 35 equipment of PSI's major customers and implemented preventive maintenance - strictly following the operation and maintenance manual specifications, conducting detailed testing of key components such as hydraulic systems and power units, and simultaneously carrying out on-site practical teaching to ensure that the customer team mastered the key points of daily maintenance.
By the end of June, more than 1,000 equipment inspection services have been completed at various outlets in Indonesia, building a solid line of defense for customers' construction.
Deep cultivation in July: technology empowerment shows strength
In July, Sany service engineers traveled through the East Kalimantan mining area during the tropical rainy season and went to the site to inspect 39 equipment one by one in response to the customized needs of PST major customers, and actively investigated potential faults.

Through classroom explanations and on-site practical operations, the engineer team taught daily spot inspection and maintenance specifications such as engine oil inspection and air filter replacement. In response to the problem of gearbox shifting failure, ECU data diagnosis + real vehicle disassembly demonstration is used to allow operators to master the "sound discrimination" troubleshooting skills.

Sany has nearly 3,000 units of equipment on Sulawesi Island, and in July, the Sany engineer team completed 553 inspection services here, and it is expected to complete the inspection of 518 equipment in August.
