Sany Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Unicom

On September 23, Sany Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sany Group") and China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Unicom") held a high-level meeting at Sany Group Zhilian Heavy Truck Industrial Park. Chen Zhongyue, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of China Unicom, and his delegation made a special visit to discuss with Tang Xiuguo, Chairman and President of Sany Group, and Liang Linhe, Director and Chairman of the Heavy Truck Division of Sany Group, to conduct in-depth exchanges on topics such as 5G factories, industrial Internet, and AI intelligent research and development, and further consolidate and upgrade strategic cooperative relations.

During the meeting, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement again. Xu Guoqiang, Chief Information Officer of Sany Group, and Fang Fang, Senior Vice President of China Unicom Group's Government and Enterprise Customer Business Group, signed the contract on behalf of both companies, marking a more solid step on the road of coordinated development of digital intelligence and laying an authoritative and solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.

Six years of deep cultivation: from joint exploration to remarkable results

As our country's leading integrated digital information service provider, China Unicom has long provided support for the digital and intelligent upgrading of the real economy and manufacturing industry. Since 2018, Sany Group has started cooperation with China Unicom, and the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the first time in May 2019. In the field of enterprise basic communication and informatization, Sany Group has successfully realized the network interconnection of 55 industrial parks across the country with the help of China Unicom's "cloud networking" business, building an efficient communication foundation for the group's global operation. In the field of intelligent manufacturing, the two sides jointly established the "5G Joint Laboratory", and the five 5G factories jointly built have become industry benchmarks; Among them, Sany Beijing Pile Rig Factory was awarded the first "lighthouse factory" in the global heavy industry at the Davos Forum.
