The second phase of Sany Yundu Industrial Park is located in Luhu Community, Guanhu Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, with a total construction area of 335,400 square meters and a total investment of 2.21 billion yuan. The project adopts the SPCS3+1 prefabricated construction system, which saves about 20.7 million yuan compared with the traditional construction method, shortens the construction period by 52 days, has an assembly rate of 62%, is rated as an A-level prefabricated building, and has been awarded the first batch of replicable and generalizable demonstration projects of the Intelligent Construction Engineering Technology Innovation Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
