Sany Group held a lecture on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China

On December 19, the special lecture on the study and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Sany Magic Bean Warehouse. Li Zhichao, Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, attended the meeting, and Professor Wu Nan of the Party School of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China gave a keynote speech. Tang Lihua, director and secretary of the Youth League Committee of Sany Group, presided over the meeting, and Yitong and Zhou Xiangyu, vice presidents of the group, attended. Nearly 200 outstanding young people and student representatives from the School of Engineering in Changsha attended the meeting on the spot, and young people from other parks participated in the study simultaneously through the online platform.

Tang Lihua pointed out in his speech that young talents have always been the core driving force for Sany Group to go global from local to become a leading enterprise in the equipment manufacturing industry. Every leapfrog development of the enterprise condenses the wisdom, sweat and creativity of the majority of young people. In the face of the new situation and new tasks, he called on all Sany young people to consciously integrate their personal ideals into the overall development of the country and the group's strategic layout of "globalization, digital intelligence and low-carbon", bravely undertake the mission of serving the country through industry, and devote themselves to the high-quality development of the enterprise with a high-spirited youthful attitude.

In this lecture, Professor Wu Nan systematically explained the core essence and practical requirements of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with his profound theoretical foundation and rich practical experience. As a distinguished expert of the Innovation and Development Research Institute of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, she focused on major deployments such as high-quality economic development, scientific and technological innovation-driven, industrial transformation and upgrading, combined with the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and the actual development of Sany, and deeply interpreted the policy orientation and industry opportunities. The content of the lecture is both theoretical and realistic, providing strong guidance for the young people participating in the meeting to deeply understand the spirit of the plenary session.

Before the meeting, Secretary Li Zhichao investigated Hunan Sany Cultural Industry Company, spoke highly of Sany's achievements in industrial culture inheritance, brand image shaping and youth culture cultivation, and deeply praised Sany for always adhering to the original intention of innovation and leading the development of the industry. In his subsequent speech, he put forward three requirements on how to study and implement the spirit of the plenary session:

3. It is necessary to bloom youth responsibility in leading the fashion of the times and show the good style of young people in the new era.

He pointed out that at present, Hunan is making every effort to build a youth-friendly province, giving all-round policy empowerment to college students' entrepreneurship, encouraging young friends to find the right historical orientation, bravely shoulder the responsibilities of the times, make full use of the provincial party committee's empowerment policy, sprinkle the sweat of youth in the vast world of entrepreneurship, and realize the value of life in promoting the high-quality development of enterprises and helping Hunan's modernization.
