Hu Shizhu, born in Yingshan County, Hubei Province in 1979, has the smart and capable characteristics of Hubei people. Before joining Sany, he worked a lot of hard work, mold maker, fitter, welder, truck driver, etc.

In 2010, due to a coincidence, Hu Shizhu joined Sany and became a mine car assembly fitter in the Kunshan Division of Sany Heavy Machinery. Later, with the needs of the company, he was transferred to Sany Shenyang for reequipment, and in August 2013, he went to Qinghai Muli Mining Area as a service engineer.

Qinghai Muli Mining Area is located in the northeast of Xining City, Qinghai Province, with an altitude of 4,300 meters, with a large temperature difference between day and night, and the population is small, and the transportation is inconvenient.

"One night in September 2013, my phone rang suddenly, and I knew it must be a customer whose equipment had an emergency failure." For the call at night, Hu Shizhu no longer felt sudden. Sure enough, in the Gaoyu Mining Company in the Muli mining area, one of the mine trucks was abnormal and could not work, so he was asked to go to help.

After learning about the equipment, Hu Shizhu immediately took his tools and drove on the road. Qinghai Muli is vast and sparsely populated, and most of the construction sites are located on the Gobi desert, so once such things happen, Hu Shizhu often does not delay for a moment.

The problem is not big, it turns out that the fuel tank of the minecart is less than 10%, and the oil pump cannot absorb the oil due to low temperature, and the oil pipe is frozen and blocked. After determining the cause of the failure, Hu Shizhu immediately finalized the maintenance plan, he first filled the car with fuel, then transferred a tank of nitrogen, covered the fuel tank mouth with his hands, and used nitrogen to push the oil to the filter element and the engine.

Due to the lack of oxygen, the maintenance work that can be easily done in the plain area requires dozens of times the physical strength and patience here, and the maintenance task is not completed until three or four o'clock in the morning, and at this time, the entire mining area is only accompanied by a sky full of stars. Speaking of this maintenance experience, Hu Shizhu still remembers it vividly.

The impressive service moments don't stop there. In 2014, Hu Shizhu's experience in the maintenance service of Naomaohu Lake in Xinjiang also touched customers and won praise from customers.

Naomao Lake is located in the Hami region of Xinjiang, with a harsh climate and frequent strong winds. "I remember it was 11 o'clock in the evening on September 20, and a force 10 wind suddenly blew in the sky, and the sand and cinders on the ground were rolled up in an instant."

Hu Shizhu recalled that at that time, the reaction of *5656 in his mind was that the customer had a minecart with the driving platform dismantled and parked on the construction site to prepare for repairs, so that the 10-level wind mixed with sand and gravel could easily shatter the windshield of the minecart and the cylinder block of the lifting cylinder.

Ignoring the pain of sand and gravel cinders on his face, Hu Shizhu called two colleagues and rushed all the way to the construction site, surrounded the equipment with his quilt and bed sheets, and kept watch in the wind all night.

The next day, the customer came to the construction site and saw Hu Shizhu's face and hands were bruised and purple by the sand and gravel, but the equipment was unscathed, and he gave a thumbs up again and again, praising him: "Sany serves Yakexi!" ”
