In order to ensure that users of new energy products of Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. can use the vehicles with confidence, our company has made the following after-sales service commitments:


1. Maintenance network construction

Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. promises to rely on its existing network of authorized agents to develop enough authorized dealers to engage in the after-sales service of Sany Automobile brand new energy vehicle products. With the increase in the sales area and sales volume of Sany Automobile brand new energy vehicle products, we guarantee to increase the service authorization of relevant products in service outlets at any time, and conduct relevant training for after-sales service personnel and product users of Sany Automobile brand new energy vehicle products to meet the customer needs of Sany Automobile brand new energy vehicle products.


2, new energy vehicle product quality assurance commitment

Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed a sound quality management prevention and control mechanism and specific product safety planning, implementation and monitoring processes, and ensures that the products and services of new energy vehicle products and their key components meet laws, regulations and customer requirements through Sany Automobile's unified quality feedback mechanism.


3. After-sales service items and contents

Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has a complete after-sales service guarantee system, which covers warranty, technical support, accessories and retail management to ensure that customers can enjoy high qualityand provide 24-hour rescue services to the new energy vehicle products of the Sany Automobile brand sold, and provide consumers with perfect after-sales and emergency protection services.


4. Spare parts provision and quality assurance period

The supply of parts for new energy vehicle products of Sany Automobile brand is provided by Sany Automobile's parts company, relying on the 29 6S store system under the business department, and sufficient spare parts are reserved to meet the needs of after-sales maintenance. Currently, all authorized dealers are entitled to 4 reserve orders per month and 1 rush order per day, and most urgent orders can be delivered to the service agent on time on the first or second day after the order date.

The vehicle warranty period of Sany Automobile brand new energy vehicle products is 18 months/100,000 kilometers from the date of purchase invoice issued by the authorized dealer.

The warranty period for the key components (as defined below) of Sany Automobile's new energy vehicle products is as follows:

●The key components of new energy vehicles are high-voltage batteries, drive motors, motor controllers, and gearboxes, which can enjoy warranty services for no more than 5 years or 200,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery.


5. Feedback on problems found in the after-sales service process

Sany Automobile Company has an independent and complete after-sales problem feedback system. If customers have any doubts about Sany Automobile brand new energy vehicle products or after-sales service, they can consult the relevant authorized dealers, or they can choose to call the official service hotline of Sany Automobile (400- 887-8318) for feedback and communication.


6. Recycling of parts (such as batteries).

After completing the vehicle warranty, the authorized dealers of Sany Automobile Company will pack and store the replaced parts according to the regulations until they are returned to the Sany Automobile Warranty Parts Recycling Office or dispose of their residual value according to the approval of Sany Automobile Company. Sany Automobile Company recycles all the waste power batteries under the replacement and entrusts qualified cooperative service providers to deal with them.


7. Countermeasures and claim handling when there are serious problems such as product quality, safety, and environmental protection

For example, customers have a good understanding of the product quality, safety, and environmental protection of Sany Automobile brand new energy vehiclesIf you have any concerns, you can give feedback directly to the authorized dealer or contact the official customer service center (hotline (400- 887-8318). Sany Automobile Co., Ltd. will conduct investigation, vehicle maintenance and claim processing in accordance with the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations. Please refer to the Warranty Service Manual for other claims.
