1. Commitment to product quality assurance of new energy vehicles
Sany Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. has formulated a sound quality management prevention and control mechanism and specific product safety planning, implementation and monitoring processes, and ensured that the products and services of new energy vehicle products and their key components meet laws, regulations and customer requirements through a unified quality feedback mechanism.
2. "Three guarantees" commitment
For the commercial vehicle products produced and sold by our company, our company will provide after-sales maintenance services that meet the requirements of national laws and regulations. Our company promises that from the date of user pick-up, the chassis system will be provided with three guarantees of maintenance services for a maximum of 36 months (some parts have mileage restrictions), and the three-electric system will be provided with three guarantees of maintenance services for a maximum of 60 months or 400,000 kilometers. Please refer to the service policy for the specific parts warranty period. If the product exceeds the warranty period and scope specified by the company, or is caused by the failure and damage caused by the use, maintenance and storage of the product not in accordance with the product instruction manual or the working environment indicated in the manual, the customer can choose paid maintenance services.
3. After-sales service items and contents
Sany Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. has a complete after-sales service guarantee system, which covers warranty, technical support, accessories and retail management, etc., to ensure that customers can enjoy high-quality after-sales service, and provide 24-hour rescue services to the new energy vehicle products sold, and provide consumers with perfect after-sales and emergency protection services. 24-hour service hotline 400-887-8318 to accept customer requests at any time; Rapid response to fault call order service, 15 minutes response, departure within 1 hour, and the service site at the appointed time; General faults will be dealt with within 24 hours, and major shutdown faults will be dealt with within 72 hours.
4. Recycling of parts (such as batteries).
For power batteries and other accessories that are polluting to the natural environment, according to relevant national laws and regulations, our company collects and saves the traceability information of key components such as power battery nameplates, motor nameplates, and electronic controls for each vehicle when selling vehicles, and cooperates with companies with recycling qualifications in the market to carry out unified recycling, dismantling and reuse of scrapped power batteries to ensure that new energy power batteries achieve zero pollution throughout the life cycle.
5. Supply of original spare parts
Our company promises to provide customers with three guarantees of service accessories are given priority to original parts. In case of emergency or special circumstances, when there are no original parts, the customer's consent is obtained before using the market substitute. The original parts purchased by the user from our authorized channels shall be regarded as the three-warranty period of the accessories according to one-third of the three-warranty period of the whole vehicle, and the claim code shall be used as the basis.
6. Professional technical consulting and training service support
When the user picks up the car, our company will provide training on product operation and maintenance instructions. Subsequently, according to customer needs, relevant training and technical consulting support services can still be provided.
7. Countermeasures and claim handling when there are serious problems such as product quality, safety, and environmental protection
