In accordance with the "China Association for Science and Technology Young Talent Lifting Project Management Measures" and "China Association for Science and Technology Youth Talent Lifting Project Implementation Rules (Revision)", in accordance with the "Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Young Talent Lifting Project Management Measures" and its implementation rules and other relevant regulations, Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sany Heavy Industry) held the 9th China Association for Science and Technology Youth Talent Lifting Project Expert Review Meeting in Changsha on October 8, 2023.

In order to ensure that the review work is carried out strictly and efficiently, the review will be conducted in the form of on-site/online defense of all candidates, and the China Association for Science and Technology has supervised the final review of the youth care project.

Through the internal recommendation of various units of heavy industry and the normative review of the group, a total of 11 candidates were shortlisted for re-evaluation, and after the collective evaluation of the expert group (see Annex 1 for the list), 5 including Shi Jianpeng were finally selected. The publicity period is from October 12 to 18, 2023.
