Power system: equipped with Isuzu 4JG3X engine, rated power of 55kW, sufficient power margin, using high-pressure common rail technology, fuel consumption at the rated point is reduced;
Hydraulic system: equipped with load sensing system, high operating efficiency, good control performance, increase the diameter of the main valve, reduce pressure loss, optimize the oil channel of the valve body, reduce the hydraulic force, and improve the overall operation energy efficiency;
DPD+EGR technical route: part of the exhaust gas circulates into the air intake system, mixes with fresh air and combustes, inhibits the generation of NOX, and upgrades EGR from tubular to layered, which cools faster;
Boom, stick and bucket upgrades: The boom box section is enlarged, and the grease nipple is moved to the underside of the stick for easy maintenance. The bucket is widened and increased, the bucket capacity is increased to 0.3m3, the bucket structure is optimized, and the bucket lug plate material is upgraded to G70/Q460C, and the wear resistance is strengthened;
Lower frame reinforcement: Strengthen the integrated welded X-shaped lower frame, which has more advantages in safety and reliability compared with H-shaped;
Upgraded cab: interior upgrade, 7-inch intelligent touch screen, air conditioning upgrade.
