The use of large plate evaporator instead of tube evaporator not only occupies a small area, high heat transfer efficiency, convenient maintenance, and the delivery cycle of the entire production line is shortened by 1/3, from the traditional 6 months to 4 months.
The use of mother liquor instead of distilled water for rinsing can reduce the evaporation caused by flushing by about 50 tons/day per day, and the energy saving is significant.
After the process optimization, the content of recycled heavy metal drills is increased from the traditional 2~3g/L to 8~10g/L, the resin regeneration cycle is extended from the traditional 12 hours to 24 hours, and the cleaning water volume is reduced from the traditional 40 cubic meters per day to 20 cubic meters per day.
