What is the cause of vibration cracking of aggregate silo (batching station)?
●Root cause: no material air vibration, or turn on the vibrator for a long time.
●The reason for turning on the vibrator for a long time: the sand source problem of the batching station (too much water, ash and mud) and the situation of poor blanking. When the blanking is not smooth, the operator will manually operate the vibration, causing long-term vibration and causing cracking.
The mixer discharge door cannot be opened or closed,What are the causes of the failure and what to do?
● Cause of failure: Generally the discharge door is stuck with hard objects such as stones;
● Treatment measures: clean up stuck objects; hit the manual gear, and shake the discharge door open; Loosen the mounting bolts of the bearing seat of the discharge door to open the discharge door and clean up the foreign matter.
What is the cause of slurry leakage on the end face of the mixer discharge door?
● Due to the assembly gap between the discharge door and the cylinder body, it is easy to leak water in the early stage of start-up, but it will no longer leak due to the formation of a seal due to the mortar in the later stage.
● After a period of use, the sealing joint surface of the discharge door and the mixer shell is extended or a concrete water retaining block is formed, which effectively plays the role of sealing and water retention.
How to judge shaft end slurry leakage?
● Judgment of spills
Judging from the color, if the leakage is the color of the cement slurry, it is preliminarily judged to be leakage;If it is butter color, it is judged to be overflowing by manual lubrication outside the shaft end seal.Scrape off the surface of the leakage and take samples to check whether there is sand with your fingers, if there is, it is judged to be slurry leakage.
● Judgment steps for slurry leakage
Observe the color of the leakage and check whether it contains sand;Type check of the use of grease;normal lipid supplementation test;Check whether the grease pump can supply oil normally;
(Note: Do not open the grease pump for refueling, it is easy to make impurities enter the oil circuit, and the grease pump will fail to stagnate and affect the shaft end seal.) If the upper cover is opened and the oil injection causes slurry leakage, it will affect the equipment manufacturer's warranty. ）
What is the reason why the grease pump does not pump grease?
●The gasket is a wearing part, and when the grease is not clean, it is easy to adhere to the particles, resulting in the failure of the seal and the plunger can not work effectively. (When the plunger is retracted, the grease is withdrawn due to seal failure)
What is the reason for the action of the pressure safety valve of the powder tank?
● Fault phenomenon: ash in the powder can when ashing;
● Cause of failure: The filter element of the dust collector is blocked, and the pressure safety valve is opened to generate ash; Broken filter element or seal failure of the dust collector; When the bulk truck sweeps the tailings, too much compressed air is entered, causing the safety valve to open.
