Q: Why are you firmly targeting the large tonnage market?
A: The SAC1600T8 I picked up in September last year was the first eight-arm car in Wuzhou, and after picking up the car, I felt that the eight-arm arm was very suitable for us. It turned out that I was an old 150-ton machine, and I couldn't do a lot of work, but after this 160-ton machine was in place, many customers rushed to introduce the work to us. At that time, I realized that the market for large-tonnage cranes was indeed promising.

Q: Why did you choose SAC4000T8?
A: When I bought a car this year, I thought like this, 300 tons can't cover 400 tons of work, small, 400 tons If you bring a little less counterweight, I put the cost a little lower, and I can fully cover the business of 200-300 tons. After comprehensive consideration, this 400-ton eight-section arm product was selected.

Q: What do you like about SAC4000T8?
A: That's definitely an operational advantage. First of all, it can move the counterweight back by 1.8 meters, which is equivalent to carrying 40 tons of counterweight less than other cars, and can reduce the number of two flatbed trucks. We usually take a trip, and the flatbed truck costs 2,000 yuan a piece. Secondly, we often have to go back and forth between the mine and the cement plant, about 30 kilometers or so. If you repeatedly disassemble and assemble the over-up during the transition, it will cost about 3,000 yuan at a time, but this car can take the over-lifting short-distance transfer. In addition, this car is a dual-engine system, which can save 400 yuan per day compared with a single engine.

Q: How about the actual combat ability of this car?
A: As soon as it came back, it took over the work of dismantling the tower crane, with a span of 45 meters and a weight of 7 tons, we only used 60 tons of counterweight, using the main boom of 69.4 meters, and there was basically no pressure to dry. If it is a 200-300 ton car, it is estimated that it will take 72 tons of counterweight, and I am afraid it will not be able to do it without 3 board trucks.

Q: What are your expectations for your hoisting career?
A: In fact, whether it is 160 tons or 400 tons, the advantages of the eight-section arm are still obvious, and we really feel the benefits of the arm length in actual use. In recent years, we will continue to focus on the construction of cement plants, mines and bridges, and will continue to improve the equipment spectrum in the future, so as to serve the infrastructure construction of Guangxi more professionally and safely.
