recentlyTrinity ConstructionThe PC production line of the customer Hubei Zhongdu Group was successfully delivered, which is a key project of the Zhongdu prefabricated building intelligent manufacturing base, which is a green building industry upgrading project invested and built by Hubei Zhongdu Group Co., Ltd., and is also an industrial project supported by the Huangshi Municipal Government in 2021. The project has obvious location advantages and is located in the national high-tech zone "Huangshi Daye Lake High-tech Industrial Development Zone". The total planned land area of the project is 194 acres, with a total investment of 600 million yuan, and the project construction includes a prefabricated building manufacturing base and a green commercial concrete base. The equipment was installed in the site and delivered in only 39 days, which was 35% higher than the original installation days.
At the project site, the staff of Sany Construction Engineering handed over the "golden key" to the customer of Zhongdu Group on behalf of the successful delivery, and the two sides pulled up a banner of "Congratulations to Huangshi Zhongdu Prefabricated Technology Co., Ltd. on the delivery of the PC production line project and the prosperity of the project", and took a group photo. The delivery of this project marks that another key prefabricated construction enterprise in Hubei is about to be put into operation, which will strongly promote the high-quality development of construction industrialization in the central region.

The investment and construction of the Zhongdu prefabricated building intelligent manufacturing base project includes the prefabricated building manufacturing base and the green commercial concrete base, which can achieve an annual production capacity of 110,000 cubic meters of prefabricated building parts after being put into operation; The annual production capacity of green commercial concrete is 800,000 cubic meters, and it is expected to pay 30 million yuan in taxes annually and create more than 300 new jobs.
