SPCS+EMC technology system and new prefabricated floor technology application review meeting was successfully held

On April 10, 2022, the expert review meeting of "fully prefabricated convex floor slab, fully prefabricated grooved floor slab" and "SPCS technical system of EMC reinforcement structure" to be adopted for the machine vision and supporting construction project of Sany Beijing Manufacturing Center (hereinafter referred to as "the project") was successfully held in Beijing.

At the review meeting, the technology research and development unitTrinity ConstructionTechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sany Construction"), China Building Standard Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Standard Institute") and Beijing Weituo Times Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weituo Times"), the design unit of the project, reported respectively. The authoritative experts who participated in the review meeting fully recognized the "SPCS technical system of EMC reinforcement structure" and "fully prefabricated convex floor slab" and put forward guidance, laying the foundation for building this project into a SPCS demonstration project in Beijing.

Miao Qisong, professor-level senior engineer of Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Tian Chunyu, researcher of China Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd., Xu Bin, professor-level senior engineer of China Construction Antai (Beijing) Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., Li Chenguang, professor-level senior engineer of Beijing Institute of Architectural Engineering Co., Ltd., Chen Hong, professor-level senior engineer of Beijing Urban Construction Science and Technology Promotion Association, Cai Yaning, professor-level senior engineer of Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd., The review panel composed of Wei Rongjun, a professor-level senior engineer of Beijing Affordable Housing Center Co., Ltd., reviewed the "SPCS technology system of EMC reinforcement structure" and "fully prefabricated convex floor technology" adopted in this project and put forward suggestions for improvement. Zhang Yonggang, a professor-level senior engineer of Beijing Construction Institute Jingcheng Construction Standard Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., a construction drawing review agency, participated in the review meeting and gave guidance.

Ma Yunfei, President of Sany Construction Engineering Architectural Design and Research Institute, and Ma Zhao, Deputy Director of Structural Research and Development Institute, reported on the SPCS technical system. Xiao Ming, Director of the Institute of Prefabricated Building Engineering Technology of the Institute of Standards and Deputy Chief Engineer of the Institute, and Xu Xiaotong, Chief Engineer of the Institute of Prefabricated Building Engineering Technology of the Institute of Standards, reported on the "SPCS Technology System of EMC Reinforcement Structure". Li Hongqiu, Executive President and Chief Structural Engineer of Weituo Times, Wu Zengliang, Director of the 1S1 Structural Institute of the First North Hospital, and Li Jing, Assistant Director of the 1S1 Structural Institute of the First North Hospital, reported on the "fully prefabricated convex floor slabs and fully prefabricated grooved floor slabs". The expert group unanimously agreed that the technical scheme of "fully prefabricated convex floor slab" and "SPCS technical system of EMC reinforcement structure" to be adopted in this project is reasonable, which can meet the technical requirements of "safety and durability, easy construction, beautiful and practical, economic and environmental protection". It is suggested that Sany Construction, Standard Institute and Weituo Times should give full play to their respective advantages to build this project into a technical demonstration project of prefabricated buildings in Beijing, and promote the development of prefabricated building industry to "better, faster and cheaper".
