The association first visited the "smartest factory in the world" - Sany Heavy Industry Changsha No. 18 Factory, in-depth understanding of the digital and intelligent development of Sany intelligent products, intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent operation, and applauded the automation and machine vision + industrial robot scenes of factory production.

Before the start of the symposium, Mr. Ye Jun, on behalf of the Guangdong Asphalt Concrete Supply Chain Association, presented a flag to Sanyi Road Machine, and Mr. Peng Guangyu presented a model of Sany's 86-meter concrete pump truck.

Subsequently, Mr. Wang Liangchu, director of Sany Asphalt Mixing Institute, briefly introduced Sany C10 series intelligent asphalt station, and comprehensively analyzed the intelligent technology of C10 series asphalt station from six aspects: high efficiency, energy saving, accuracy, environmental protection, reliability and intelligence, including technical achievements in intelligent production, intelligent maintenance, intelligent operation, etc., and analyzed the development trend and new technologies of the industry.

From the participation in the construction of LB4000 side-mounted asphalt station in the construction of Huizhou No. 1 Highway in 2010, to the commissioning of the SLB4000C8 asphalt station in the Zhongkai Expressway project in 2019, and then to the construction of the water-stabilized layer and asphalt surface course of the SLB4000H8 asphalt station and Sany complete sets of pavement equipment in Huilong Expressway in 2020, in recent years, the figure of Sany asphalt station has become more and more active in various construction projects in the Greater Bay Area, and with reliable quality. High production capacity, high cost performance and high standard after-sales service have won unanimous praise from customers.

This year, the SLZ4000 all-in-one machine and three sets of Sany 270 commercial mixing stations landed in Huizhou, jointly established as Huizhou No. 1 station, contributing to the construction of the Greater Bay Area.
