On December 1, 2022, the Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Industry Vocational Skills Competition officially came to an end.

The skills competition was jointly organized by the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Commission and the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, aiming to provide a platform for the industry to display their skills, learn from each other, and select a group of high-skilled talents to serve the construction of Shanghai.

In order to assess the judgement of the contestants in a complex environment and the ability of project site coordination, there are three competition items in the practical assessment part: "prefabricated building constructor", "decoration worker" and "building information modeling technician". Among them, the "prefabricated building construction worker assessment" is the most complex and time-consuming in the entire competition project.

A total of 9 teams participated in this competition, each team of 7 people, including 3 auxiliary workers, who needed to successfully erect a construction building with an integral prefabricated frame structure within 4 hours. The contestants operated in an orderly manner from the preparation of component hoisting, guidance in place to installation and correction. The three Sany cranes on the side raised their booms and worked closely with them.

In order to embody the green concept of "low carbon, environmental protection and energy saving", after many considerations, the organizers gave up the idea of using oil vehicles to cooperate with the competition in previous years, and decided to use the Sany STC250E-1 plug-in versionTruck cranes。 With the use of electricity instead of oil, there is no roar of the engine, and the noise on the scene is reduced by half.

Secondly, on-site operations should be standardized and instrumentalized to reduce on-site material waste and equipment waste. But the most important thing is to equip machinery to use more economical, more environmentally friendly, this time we use three Sany plug-in version of the truck crane, electricity work a day to save about 300 yuan than oil. ”

After fierce competition, Shanghai Urban Construction Municipal Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Architectural Decoration Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and Huajian Group Shanghai Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. won the first place in "prefabricated building builder", "decoration worker" and "building information modeling technician".
