Xinyi Expressway, with a total length of 81.2464 kilometers. It is a highway connecting Yichuan County and Xin'an County in Luoyang City, Henan Province, and is also a connection line between Lianhuo Expressway and Erguang Expressway, crossing Longhai Railway, Zhengxi High-speed Railway and other railways, crossing Luohe, Yihe and other rivers, and is an important part of Luoyang's "Second Ring Expressway" in the future.

Xinyi Expressway is the first PPP project held by a central enterprise to start construction in the "Double Thousand Project" of Henan Expressway, with a total investment of about 9.5 billion yuan, a roadbed width of 26 meters, and a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour.
