2. The leader of large megawatt wind turbines

After authoritative selection, Sany Renewable Energy's 6.25MW wind turbine won the "'Wind Power Leader' Best Onshore Unit Award". Sany Renewable Energy took the lead in bringing 6. The mass commercial application of XMW and 7.XMW onshore wind turbines has led China's wind power industry into the "megawatt era".

The winning model belongs to Sany Renewable Energy 6. XMW platform wind turbines have performed well in the wind power market in 2022. The platform won more than 2,400MW of orders that year, and the projects covered Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Gansu, Hebei and other provinces. In addition, at SDIC Gansu Beidaqiao No. 7 Wind Farm, all 64 Sany Renewable Energy 6.25MW wind turbines are connected to the grid for power generation, with a total installed capacity of 400MW, which is also China's first large-scale commercial wind power project of 6.XMW wind turbines. The wind farm is divided into Zone A and Zone B, and the utilization rate of units in Area B is as high as 99.81% in 2022, and the utilization rate of units in Area A is as high as 99.93%, and the high reliability and high power generation of the units have been highly praised by customers.

XMW platform products, the main transmission chain adopts a single bearing structure, and is the first in China to adopt the 35kV transformer upper cabin method, which is in line with international advanced wind power technology. Through advanced control technology, system design and optimization technology, and digital simulation technology, the fan is systematically optimized and designed, so that Sany Renewable Energy's fan is lighter in weight, less vibrant, safer and more intelligent than similar fans.

After authoritative selection, Sany Renewable Energy's 6.5MW double-fed asynchronous generator was awarded the "Best Component Award of 'Wind Power Leader'".

Sany Renewable Energy has been completely independently designing, developing and producing generators since 2010, and the first generator was operated at the Kulun Wind Farm in 2010, and has 13 years of operating experience. More than ten years of R&D and production practice of complete machines and parts have made Sany Renewable Energy have a strong competitive advantage in collaborative innovation.

The award-winning motor is a double-fed asynchronous generator with a maximum power of 690V in China, with a rated power of 6.5MW, which can be over-generated to 6.9MW, and has excellent electromagnetic performance. Through theoretical analysis, finite element simulation and experimental data comparison, it is proved that the additional loss caused by air gap harmonics can be reduced by the method of chute sum, so as to improve the efficiency of the double-fed generator and increase the power generation.

After authoritative selection, Sany Renewable Energy's "Smart Wind Turbine Intelligent Early Warning Function Improvement" won the "Best Service Product Award of 'Wind Power Leader'".

With the increase of wind turbine assembly capacity and the increase of wind turbine operating life, the number of wind turbine failures is gradually increasing, and the maintenance cost of wind turbines increases. In order to reduce the failure rate of wind turbines and reduce the maintenance cost of wind turbines, Sany Renewable Energy has researched and developed a wind turbine failure early warning model.

The model establishes a fan fault warning model by analyzing the historical big data of major wind turbines and the evolution law of fault data. Through the early warning model, the early hidden dangers of fan faults are identified in advance, early defect data is identified before the fault is reported, and the troubleshooting notice is issued, and the on-site engineers investigate the early warning components as soon as possible, and through early intervention, avoid the deterioration of defect characteristics, so as to avoid the occurrence of failures, and truly reduce the failure rate and maintenance costs.

Sany Renewable Energy has developed more than 90 fault early warning models, covering more than 100 major faults of unit generators, gearboxes, couplings, main bearings, blades, pitches, converters, towers and other components.
