It is reported that the new energy smart operation and maintenance center of Huaneng Group has been officially completed and put into operation in August 2021, and the data of all regional centralized control centers have been connected to the system. At present, it has undertaken the process control and data support of the whole life cycle of new energy such as offshore wind power, photovoltaic and energy storage, and is the largest data platform system in China with the installed capacity of new energy stations, and plans to increase the installed capacity of new energy to more than 80 million kilowatts by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan". The whole system is unified with a unified platform, and the data and functions of the group, region, and station are consistent, forming a different operation and maintenance means and intelligent management mode, and achieving a competitive advantage of high efficiency and low cost in construction and operation and maintenance; The system can also timely feedback the operation of equipment and components to the relevant units, guide the process improvement of equipment manufacturers and the operation and maintenance of operating units, and the intact rate of new energy equipment and power generation hours have been significantly improved since it was put into operation.

At present, the "Three Norths" region is the main battlefield of China's wind power development. Among all the wind farms in the "Three Norths" region, Huaneng Liaoning Fuxin Jinsha Wind Farm has become the most eye-catching one. The average annual wind speed of the wind farm is 6.59 m/s, and in 2022, the available hours of the unit will reach 4,255 hours, and the maximum power equivalent hours will be 4,451 hours, the unit utilization rate will be 99.68%, and the annual power generation will reach 204 million kWh. Among them, the No. 12 fan has more than 5,300 hours of utilization. Such a high number of power generation hours is unique in Liaoning Province and even in the "Three Norths" region.
Benchmark for large base projects: Huaneng Shangdu million-kilowatt wind power base

Huaneng Shangdu million-kilowatt wind power base is one of the first large-scale new energy base projects in China, and it is also the first base-type large-scale comprehensive energy project of Huaneng Group with "wind, solar, thermal and storage" coupling power generation, with a total installed wind power capacity of 2 million kilowatts, including the installation of 120 Sany Renewable Energy 5MW wind turbines. The project is the first large-scale base project of large-megawatt wind turbines in cooperation between Sany Renewable Energy and Huaneng Group, in which the average annual wind speed of Shangdu No. 1 station is 7.82 m/s, the utilization hours of 30 wind turbines in the last two months of 2022 exceed 800 hours, the unit availability rate is 99.27%, and the power generation capacity exceeds 120 million kWh. The project has also become a benchmark for large-scale base projects for the mass application of large megawatt wind turbines.
Low wind speed "big energy": Huilongwei Wind Farm in Hunan

The wind farm is a typical low-speed wind farm in the southern Middle East, with an average annual wind speed of 5.49 m/s, an average annual available hours of 2,345 hours in 2022, and a unit availability rate of 99.93%. The wind farm's power generation performance ranked first in Huaneng Hunan Branch. At such a low wind speed, it can still maintain excellent power generation capacity, which shows the high reliability of Sany Renewable Energy wind turbines.
