The Tianjin-Weifang high-speed railway is an important part of the Beijing-Shanghai corridor and coastal corridor in the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network, and is also a major landmark project in the construction of Shandong Demonstration Zone, a transportation powerhouse. At the beginning of May, the construction site of the Tianjin-Weihai high-speed railway was very hot. In the Jinwei high-speed rail construction project, China Railway Third Bureau selected the new C10 series SSR260C-10 roller and STG220C-10 grader of Sanyi Road Machine for the leveling and compaction of the roadbed of the two high-speed rail station projects of Binzhou and Dongying of Jinwei high-speed railway, and has accumulated 200 hours of construction in more than ten days.


The new Sany C10 series SSR260C-10 single-drum dual-drive roller has the industry's unique enlarged and thickened vibrating wheel, which is especially suitable for high-speed railway foundations, dams and other large-depth large-fill compaction operations. The diameter of the enlarged and thickened drum is up to 1.7 meters, with small deformation and wear-resistant, especially suitable for heavy-duty compaction operations of high-speed railway foundations.

Three-level braking (service brake, parking brake, emergency braking) ensures 0 risk and 0 accidents in the construction process of the equipment, and the full hydraulic braking system is reliable and maintenance-free, which greatly improves the equipment attendance rate and ensures the safety of construction. The core components are reliable and durable, and the new generation of predictive maintenance technology can monitor the rear axle temperature, hydraulic cleanliness, engine oil, water and gas in real time, and intelligently prompt maintenance and problem solving to ensure the healthy and stable operation of the equipment, greatly improve the reliability of the equipment, and make the construction more worry-free.
