On the weight of the vehicle, the car adopts a lightweight design, and the weight of the vehicle is 15T. In terms of cruising capacity, the car adopts an electric system to assist the drive, with a cruising range of up to 700km, without worrying about the driving range and charging problems, and at the same time adopts an AMT automatic transmission, which can be equipped with ASL active speed limiting, as well as cruise control and anti-slip slope functions, good safety and more comfortable driving.

The 416 pure electric dump truck has the advantages of low energy consumption, fast energy replenishment, high safety, high loading and high reliability. Through the one-scene-one-policy VCU calibration, the corresponding optimal strategy is adopted for different scenarios to achieve low energy consumption under working conditions. The lightweight design of the vehicle reduces the weight by 800kg compared with similar products on the market, further reduces the driving energy consumption, and the cruising range can reach 260km. At the same time, the energy replenishment strength is excellent, using 500A dual-gun fast charging, the charging rate is increased by 20%, and the charging only takes 1.2 hours, reaching the industry leader.

In terms of safety, we have made great efforts to create a three-stable product with stable lifting, downhill and cornering, improved the stiffness of suspension roll, designed an integral six-flip cargo box + double tail boom frame, and increased the anti-drag torque of the rear axle by 60%. At the same time, the high-voltage system has IP68 waterproof ability, the wiring harness pipeline is arranged separately and layered, and the chassis wiring harness is clear and clear to avoid interference and friction caused by potential safety hazards.
