Dual qualifications

Sany SZ series dual-purpose station has two production qualification application conditions for concrete and mortar. In order to ensure the quality of wet-mix mortar, some provincial construction committees require developers and construction enterprises to meet the standards for the use of ready-mixed mortar only when they use dual-purpose mixing plants or special mortar stations starting with SZ, and no longer recognize the mortar produced by traditional concrete mixing plants.

Dual-purpose stirring machine

In view of the characteristics of "fine aggregate, small load and long time" in mortar production and "coarse aggregate and large load" in concrete production, the best parameters such as blade declination angle, linear velocity and phase contrast angle were obtained through the discrete analysis Edem software based on the particle system and the simulation optimization by using Sany Cloud Supercomputing Center, and then the mortar/concrete dual-purpose mixing host was developed.

Dual-use configuration

★ Automatically clean the waiting hopper to effectively prevent the stones from being involved in the mortar production due to the residual stones in the waiting hopper;

★ The three-sand and two-stone large-inclination batching station prevents the wet mix mortar from accumulating materials, and adopts internal vibration arch breaking to ensure smooth blanking;

★ It is equipped with 1 set of high-precision micro admixture weighing system and 3 water agent admixture weighing system as standard;

★ Dual-purpose mixing host, dual-purpose control system.
