Tang Xiuguo mentioned in his explanation to the delegation that Sany Building Industrialization System-SPCS adopts the technical route of "cavity wall column + equivalent heterogeneity + mold technology + in-plane operation" to solve the two major pain points of structural safety questionability and high cost, and achieve the overall goal of "low structural safety cost, green and low-carbon fast saving" for prefabricated buildings, and suggested that Hunan Province "should do everything".
