In recent years, Shaanxi Province has vigorously developed the prefabricated building industry, and attaches great importance to the coordinated development of intelligent construction and new building industrialization. In 2020, under the guidance of relevant departments in Shaanxi Province,Trinity ConstructionScience and Technology Co., Ltd., together with China Northwest Architecture Design Institute and Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, edited the "Technical Specification for Assembled Monolithic Superimposed Concrete Structures" (DBJ 61/T 183-2021), which was officially released and implemented in April 2021. As an important supplement to the technical standard system of prefabricated buildings in Shaanxi Province, this standard makes up for the lack of vertical structure system for a long time, and has a direct role and significance in promoting the comprehensive development of prefabricated industry in Shaanxi Province.
In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the practice status and industrialization of the standard since the implementation of the standard for two years, on July 5, at the invitation of Sany Construction, Yang Qi, chief engineer of China Northwest Architecture Design Institute, Xin Li, deputy chief engineer and director of the Structural Professional Committee, 14 experts from the Structural Professional Committee and 11 experts from the Structural Youth Work Department went to Sany Construction Xi'an Company to conduct research on the prefabricated building construction project and manufacturing base, and discuss the second anniversary of the implementation of the technical regulations.
The experts successively visited the Poly Sany Cloud City SPCS superimposed shear wall structure system project, the SPCS superimposed frame column project of Sany Intelligent Decoration Industrial Park and the SPCS manufacturing and production base of Xi'an Company, and conducted in-depth discussions on the practice of the prefabricated project and the SPCS technical system under the guidance of the "Technical Regulations for Assembling Integral Superimposed Concrete Structures".
With an above-ground implementation area of about 370,000 square meters, the Sany Cloud City project is the first large-scale application of SPCS technology system in Shaanxi Province, with the main function of commercial housing, the structural form is a superimposed shear wall structure, and the assembly rate is 50%-70% of the national standard.
Subsequently, the experts came to the Sany Intelligent Decoration Industrial Park, where the canteen and dormitory buildings in the park respectively adopt SPCS superimposed frame structure and superimposed shear wall structural system, in which the dormitory building applies a series of technologies such as "full exterior wall prefabrication + floor slab cast-in-situ + in-plane operation".
After the on-site investigation of the project, the experts visited the SPCS production base of Sany Construction Engineering Xi'an Company, focusing on the production process and quality control standards of SPCS cavity components, and the production base realized the whole process control of component production through "one piece and one code".
During the discussion, Tong Ning, general manager of Sany Construction West China Region, reported to the participating experts on the business layout and development of Sany in Shaanxi Province, and Ma Yunfei, chief engineer, shared the new R&D achievements and application cases of Sany Construction in recent years. The two sides had a heated discussion on the application of the "Technical Specification for Assembled Integral Superimposed Concrete Structures" in Shaanxi Province, the extension of the industrial chain, the future development trend and the areas of cooperation between the two sides.
Yang Qi, chief engineer of China Northwest Architecture Design Institute, said, "The technical specification has successfully solved the overall structural safety problem of the high-intensity fortification area, and proved the convenience of the implementation of the regulation through the actual project.
Xin Li, deputy chief engineer and director of the Structural Professional Committee of China Northwest Architecture Design Institute, said, "The technical regulations have been applied in batches in Shaanxi, and there should be greater development prospects in the next step.
The experts at the meeting discussed the core technical points, production technology, construction technology and future development trend of the procedure.The two sides said that in the future, they will carry out exchanges and cooperation with a more open attitude, give full play to their respective advantages, and promote the high-quality development of the province's prefabricated construction industry.
