A few days ago, Sany Offshore successfully shipped multiple batches of electric trucks to overseas customers, helping customers fully release their production capacity in port areas and injecting new momentum into the development of green ports.

The first batch of SM4602T0BEV-type pure electric trucks customized by Sany Offshore for Singapore Port Group (PSA) was successfully shipped, which is the first time PSA has purchased a battery swap electric truck.

This batch of pure electric trucks is developed for the customer's port working conditions and is more in line with the requirements of port use. The vehicle is a single-motor direct drive, which is highly efficient and energy-saving, and easy to maintain. The cab adopts a four-point suspension airbag shock absorption system and is equipped with air-suspension shock absorber seats, providing an excellent driving experience. The maximum traction mass of the vehicle is 75 tons, the battery pack power is 350 kWh, and when fully charged, the air conditioner is turned on, and the cruising range under port conditions is not less than 150 kilometers. The battery box is easy to replace, and the battery swap time is less than 5 minutes, and the fastest can be shortened to less than 2 minutes.

Another batch of customized SM4600T0BEV pure electric trucks for Hutchison Whampoa Group's Busan Terminal and Gwangyang Terminal in South Korea. This batch of electric trucks has a fifth-round lifting function, the rear axle adopts an air suspension shock absorption system, and the cab adopts a four-point suspension airbag shock absorption system and air suspension shock absorbing seats, with a maximum traction mass of 75 tons.
