The pipe drawing construction pipeline is divided into water supply pipeline and return pipeline, and the two pipelines are spaced at an interval of 5.3m.

Medium-tonnage vehicles are needed at both ends of the pipeline, with a lifting weight of about 25 tons, while in the middle, which is not so laborious, 25-ton equipment is used, and the lifting weight is about 13 tons. ”

The diameter of a single pipe is 1.2m, and it passes down nearly 600m, and the crane needs to move the swing arm while lifting the pipeline. It is not easy to ensure that 40 pieces of equipment complete the action of feeding the tube at the same time, and the rotation amplitude of each equipment cannot be too different.

Because the stability and micromobility of the Sany crane are very good, it is basically based on Sany, so it is more tacit to cooperate. At the same time, the construction party has also formulated a detailed construction plan, and strictly implemented the equipment location, distance, lifting weight, rotation and other details to ensure the accuracy and safety in the construction process. ”

In the end, it took only 2 days to successfully complete the pipeline backhauling work through the Tuxiao River section.
