Time witnesses the value and serves thousands of miles together.This summer, Sany Energy Service Journey arrived as scheduled, and the service soldiers set off in full gear and went to the front line to serve and give back to customers. The "Iron Triangle" composed of service, marketing, and R&D jointly attacked together, cooperated with Cummins, Shuanghuan, Carter, Allison, ZF, Volvo, Huqi and other suppliers, and joined the core technical personnel of major suppliers to visit more than 100 customers, inspected nearly 1,000 sets of equipment, completed 20 customer trainings, organized symposiums, and collected nearly 200 customer opinions.


Innovation and upgrading, service quality has been comprehensively improved

Sany Energy's "Service Journey" was founded in 2019 and will create a "business card" of high-quality services in the industry. Over the past five years, the activity has accumulated 3,000 inspections and traveled 40,000 kilometers.This year's event is innovative and upgraded on the basis of the previous sessions, comprehensively improving the service quality and efficiency of the event, increasing resource investment, promoting service intelligence, informatization and visualization, and practicing the purpose of "all for customers" with a never-slackening mental state and an indomitable service attitude.

Sany Energy's service engineers in the northwest, southwest, Xinjiang and east regions carried out activities at the same time, covering a total of 16 sites in Gansu, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Shandong and other provinces, visiting more than 100 key customers, involving more than 1,000 fracturing and automation equipment.
