On September 7, the "10th China Wind Power Aftermarket Exchange and Cooperation Conference" hosted by the Wind Machinery Branch of China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association was held in Dalian. In the guest dialogue session, Chen Yudong, general manager of Sany Renewable Energy Service Co., Ltd., and industry guests had in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as the current situation, future development, existing problems, and innovation trends of the wind power aftermarket. Especially for the recent hot topic of "decentralized wind power development", he put forward three suggestions:
1. Digitalization helps realize the localization of operation and maintenance personnel
In the future, there will be a large number of decentralized wind power projects distributed in rural areas, and in order to make rational use of human resources, wind power operation and maintenance personnel should be more localized, and the personnel training mechanism should also become more flexible and efficient through digital means, so as to achieve remote training and guidance anytime and anywhere.
2. Call on the industry to jointly think about standardized management measures for operation and maintenance personnel
With the development of distributed wind power, it is hoped that the machine manufacturer can work with the owner to think about how to optimize the personnel operation management method and improve the efficiency, quality and standardization of the operation and maintenance work.
