Recently, the construction front line of wind power projects in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has reported good news that the wind turbines of Huadian Hami one-channel wind and solar multi-energy complementary project have all been hoisted, marking that the project has fully entered the commissioning stage.

Huadian Hami One Channel Wind and Solar Multi-energy Complementary Project is located in Shankou Photovoltaic Park, Fengqu District, southeast of Yizhou District, Hami City, about 80 kilometers away from Hami City, with an installed capacity of 500,000 kilowatts, consisting of 400,000 kilowatts of wind power and 100,000 kilowatts of photovoltaic. The unit adopts a platform design, lighter weight, less vibration, good economy, safer and more intelligent.
The project had many problems such as tight preparation time and difficult delivery, but it only took more than 2 months to start supply. Such excellent delivery capabilities are due to Sany Renewable Energy's leading intelligent manufacturing capabilities, and Sany Renewable Energy's intelligent manufacturing factory can achieve a large megawatt unit offline within 3 hours, which greatly improves production efficiency. In addition, the company attaches great importance to it, actively deploys, overcomes various difficulties, implements various measures, and formulates a reasonable transportation plan to ensure supply, which fully demonstrates the importance that Sany Renewable Energy attaches to the project.
The project has officially started hoisting since August 1, during which it is the height of summer, and the daytime temperature in Hami can reach more than 40 °C, and the frequent sandstorms have increased the difficulty of construction. "If there are no conditions, create them". Sany Renewable Energy's service team overcame the obstacles brought about by the harsh environment and worked overtime to ensure on-time and high-standard delivery.

During the construction of the project, the on-site personnel attach great importance to safety issues, and all personnel are equipped with safety helmets and other labor protection equipment according to regulations, and the installation work is carried out in strict accordance with the process flow documents. Wind turbines are large-scale equipment, and the hoisting operation is greatly affected by the wind, especially the impeller part with a diameter of more than 190 meters and a weight of more than 100 tons. The on-site personnel strictly control the hoisting conditions to ensure that the impeller hoisting work is carried out when the wind speed is lower than 5.32m/s, and always put "safety" in the first place.

After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual power generation capacity will be about 1.193 billion kWh, which can save 363,800 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1 million tons, which is of great significance for accelerating the transformation and development of green energy for enterprises and helping the region achieve the "double carbon" goal.
This project is the first project supplied by Sany Renewable Energy to Huadian Group in Xinjiang, and Sany Renewable Energy will actively do a good job in "ensuring safety, delivery, grid connection and power generation" to ensure that the project is connected to the grid on time.
