On December 15th, Sany Heavy Equipment Enterprise Open Day was held in Shenyang Park and Xi'an Park. The purpose of this event is to show the strength and corporate culture of the company to the fresh graduates who are about to join the Trinity family, and also provide them with an opportunity to understand the company's development history and career planning.

Before the start of the event, all participants in the two places first conducted an online electronic check-in, narrowing the distance between Shenyang and Xi'an venues. Subsequently, the fresh graduates visited the enterprise exhibition hall, and the enterprise development history wall and achievement technology display board in the exhibition hall gave everyone a more intuitive understanding of the scale and strength of Sany Heavy Equipment.

In the wide-body car production line in the factory, everyone witnessed the whole process of vehicle equipment. "This visit made me feel the rigor and efficiency in the production process, and also had a deeper understanding of Sany's innovation ability and quality management." One student exclaimed. At the end of the event, two guests were specially invited to give lectures. Mr. Sun Yat Chun from the Human Resources Headquarters gave a wonderful speech on the topic of "Goal-Based Thinking", in which he explained the importance of setting goals through his own experience and successful cases, and talked about the methods and skills to achieve them. Afterwards, Ms. Gao Gao of the Human Resources Headquarters shared her experience and insights in the workplace with the theme of "What About Employment", and encouraged the students to pursue their dreams bravely, and gave them career guidance and career planning advice.
