Recently, Wang Jianhui, director of the Changsha Intelligent Construction Industry Chain Promotion Office and deputy director of the Xiangjiang New Area Development and Construction Bureau (Transportation Bureau), conducted an investigationTrinity ConstructionMiluo Industrial Park focused on the R&D achievements, technical characteristics and project applications of system solutions such as intelligent construction and SPCS building industrialization to conduct in-depth exchanges, and visited the intelligent construction factory of Sany Construction Miluo Industrial Park, which was warmly received by Xing Zhiyuan, general manager of Sany Construction Industry Central China Region, and Gan Jiaxiong, director of the Technology Center.

Xing Zhiyuan introduced to the research team in Sany Miluo factory that intelligent equipment is the starting point of Sany, and Sany Construction Engineering thinks about the construction industry with intelligent manufacturing genes, hoping to build a house like a car, and can realize streamlining, automation and digital drive in the factory. Sany Construction attaches great importance to platform research and development, relying on technology, equipment, and platforms, combined with the continuous exploration of 5G technology and artificial intelligence, to truly implement and promote intelligent construction.

In the PC production workshop, the clean and tidy ground, the equipment for automatic operation, is evenly arranged, and is full of science and technology. A central control room of several square meters controls the workflow of the entire production line, and the production can be driven by one-click delivery. Rows of PC cavity wall columns and SPCS model display areas are even more refreshing to the research team.

Gan Jiaxiong, director of the technical center, introduced the SPCS system (assembled integral steel bar welded mesh superimposed concrete structure system) in detail for the research team, which fully integrates the characteristics of prefabrication and cast-in-place by focusing on the main structure of the vertical building, and has a wide range of applicability, which can not only build shear wall structure, frame structure, frame-shear wall structure, but also can be used for underground engineering and water engineering. It realizes "full prefabrication of walls, columns, beams and slabs, and full assembly of ground and underground", which has the advantages of "high building quality, good waterproof performance, and light weight of components".

Subsequently, at the symposium, Sany Construction Engineering further demonstrated the application of intelligent construction in the project to the research team, and used video to show the whole process of the industrial chain of components from equipment, to production, to the project (Yungu Jiayuan), and then to delivery and operation. The research team and Sany Construction fully exchanged and discussed the technical route of SPCS "cavity wall column + equivalent heterogeneity + mold technology + in-plane operation", and believed that Sany Construction Engineering solved the two major pain points of questionable safety and high cost of prefabricated building structures, and had the advantages of "structural safety, fast and saving". The research team hopes that Sany Construction Engineering will promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry to intelligent construction with the unique advantages of intelligent manufacturing and achieve high-quality development.
