Wind power hoisting, with its assistance, more sense of security

The total planned capacity of the wind power project in Liuzhou Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, Guangxi Province is 1,260MW, and 252 5MW wind turbines are planned to be installed in this phase of the project, with a wind turbine tower height of 140 meters. The installation of the wind turbine was a heavy task, and the construction party dispatched three SAC24000T to serve as the main crane.

The wind farm is surrounded by mountains and winding roads, which makes it difficult to enter, install and transfer the main crane equipment. In order to complete the hoisting task efficiently and safely, the construction party equipped each SAC24000T with a SCC1000A-8 as a helper.

The main crane is fundamental, and it is also inseparable from the cooperation of the auxiliary crane. SCC1000A-8 played an important role in this operation.

Before SAC24000T lifting, it needs to be tightly assembled, from the counterweight to the wind boom, to the overlifting, hook and other components, all need auxiliary cranes to assist. The weight of the SCC1000A-8 is only 83.8 tons, the grounding specific pressure is small, light and flexible, can move quickly in the wind farm, and is active in multiple operation points.

At the time of installation, SAC24000T encountered a limited space and the hook could not be installed directly on the existing platform. SCC1000A-8 must make a detour around the hill and transfer to an adjacent point for assistance. At this time, its convenience can be fully exerted, and the chassis is only 3m after telescoping, which meets the traffic conditions of almost all mountainous terrain.

In addition to assisting in the assembly of the main crane, the SCC1000A-8 is also responsible for the tail walking work during the installation of the wind turbine, and the stability of the rear section when the tower and hub are lifted. The SCC1000A-8 mechanism has small impact action, multi-mode rotation, compound action does not hold pressure and does not extinguish, and the control is accurate to ensure the smooth installation of the fan.

Since entering the site, the SCC1000A-8 has performed very well, and with its help, the construction efficiency of the main crane has been greatly improved. Its excellent performance and excellent stability are like a "guard with a knife", giving the main crane a sufficient sense of security and providing a strong guarantee for the accelerated construction of wind farms.
