Tang Xiuguo, Rotating Chairman of Sany Group, visited Malaysia and urged intelligent construction technology to create a "good house"

On July 4, the 2nd ASEAN-China Housing Ministers' Roundtable was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Ni Hong, Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, led a delegation to attend the meeting.Trinity ConstructionChairman Tang Xiuguo attended as a special guest.

At the meeting, Ni Hong put forward suggestions to build a green, low-carbon, intelligent and safe "good house", so that people can live more comfortably, more assured and more at ease. Tang Xiuguo reported to Ni Hong the latest exploration results of Sany Construction Engineering to empower the construction of good houses with intelligent construction - Sany Intelligent Construction Overall Solution (SPCS 365), as well as the current achievements in the global market.

Before the meeting, Tang Xiuguo was invited by the Ministry of Housing of Malaysia to participate in the 2024 International Construction Exhibition, and conducted an in-depth inspection of the prefabricated affordable housing project developed by LBS Group and jointly implemented by Sany Creation Company. The project is one of the largest prefabricated residential projects in Malaysia, marking an important progress of Sany Intelligent Construction Total Solution (SPCS 365) in the field of prefabricated buildings in Malaysia.

Since cooperating with LBS Group in 2018, through five years of unremitting efforts, the two parties have created the first brilliant achievement in the delivery of prefabricated buildings in Malaysia and become a leader in the industry. During the three years of the epidemic lockdown, Sany Construction worked closely with Lin Musheng Group to successfully deliver more than 10,000 residences in Malaysia by taking advantage of the absolute advantages of the prefabricated system with less labor and high efficiency.

During the inspection, Tang Xiuguo introduced Sany Construction and Zhuxiang Cloud Platform and the latest intelligent construction technology to LBS Group in detail, and said that in the future, the advanced intelligent construction system will be used in Malaysia to comprehensively improve the overall efficiency, quality and sustainability of localized construction projects through digital and intelligent means, provide comprehensive intelligent solutions for the current construction industry, and continue to provide support and empowerment for construction projects in Malaysia and even the world.

During the exhibition, Tang Xiuguo witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Sany Construction Engineering and 1MDB Housing Company under the Ministry of Housing of Malaysia. The agreement, which focuses on the further development of prefabricated and green housing, marks a further expansion of Sany in the housing construction sector in Malaysia.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia, through this high-level visit and the signing of a number of strategic cooperation, Sany Construction once again demonstrated its hard technology in the field of prefabricated construction, as well as its confidence in global intelligent construction and housing industrialization.
