The "heaviest and largest" equipment of Guangxi Petrochemical POSM project was hoisted perfectly, and 4 extra-large towers of 80 meters were installed in 14 days

On July 9, at the site of Guangxi Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration POSM Project, PetroChina Liujian SCC20000A 2,000 tons of crawler typecraneSuccessfully completed the hoisting task of the fourth extra-large tower of the project, the C-0270 secondary concentration tower.

So far, SCC20000A has completed the equipment hoisting task in the POSM project perfectly, and it is about to move to the Guangxi Petrochemical ethylene project.

With a diameter of 10.4 meters, a height of 44.75 meters, a net weight of 601.2 tons and a lifting weight of 788 tons, the C-0270 secondary tinon tower is the heaviest and largest diameter of POSM device.

In 14 days, the hoisting of 4 extra-large towers with a height of more than 80 meters was completed. In addition, on July 7, the hoisting of C-0360 de-ethanization tower and C-0450 desorption tower was also completed, with two hoisting a day, which fully reflects the rich planning, organization and on-site management experience of Guangxi Petrochemical refining and chemical integration project team in large-scale hoisting.

June 27th

SCC20000A complete the first lifting task of the extra-large tower of the project. The C-620 second coarse styrene tower with a height of 83.65 meters, a diameter of 6 meters and a single weight of 417 tons was successfully hoisted at one time, with a lifting weight of 758 tons, which made a "first contribution" for the first large-scale heavy equipment hoisting of the project.

June 30th

Successfully put the first coarse styrene tower of the extra-large tower C-0610 in place. The tower is 85.7 meters high, 5 meters in diameter, the net weight of the tower is 366.7 tons, and the lifting weight is 616 tons.

July 3rd

The C-0370 C3 separator tower was hoisted into place in just 71 minutes, setting a record for the shortest time spent hoisting an extra-large tower in a POSM project. It is the third extra-large tower continuously hoisted in place within 7 days by the project department. The tower has a diameter of 3.8 meters and a height of 81.5 meters. The SCC20000A working condition is 120 meters of super strong boom main boom, the working radius is 20 meters, and the lifting weight is 578 tons.

July 9th

Completed the hoisting task of the fourth and last extra-large tower of the POSM project.
