The 11th Global Hunan Entrepreneurs Conference丨Xiang Wenbo: Invest in Hunan and return to your hometown!

On the morning of September 13,The 11th Global Hunan Entrepreneurs ConferenceIt opened at Huaihua International Convention and Exhibition Center. With the theme of "New Leading, New Highland, New Chapter", the conference was hosted by the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Hunan Provincial People's Government; Hunan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, Huaihua Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Huaihua Municipal People's Government. Nearly 1,000 guests from all over the world, including representatives of Hunan businessmen, academicians and experts, and representatives of well-known private entrepreneurs, gathered in Hecheng to talk about their hometown and seek common development.

Xiang Wenbo, rotating president of Hunan Hunan Entrepreneurs Friendship Association and chairman of Sany Group, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.Xiang Wenbo said that I was deeply impressed by Huaihua's excellent business environment, and that in 2022, Sany Electric Sanitation Equipment Industrial Park will be settled in Huaihua and put into operation in Huaihua in January 2024, with a total output value of 6 billion yuan. Sany's personal experience in Huaihua made me deeply feel the vitality and potential of this city.

As a local enterprise founded and grown in Hunan, Sany has developed from a remote village in Lianyuan, Hunan Province to a global enterprise with nearly 60,000 global employees, sales of more than 100 billion yuan, and three listed companies, thanks to Hunan's excellent investment and business environment and the strong support of successive provincial party committees and governments. At the same time, Sany has also taken advantage of the exchanges between Hunan and Africa, which has become one of Sany's most important and fastest-growing overseas markets, with a sales growth rate of more than 50% in the African market in the first half of 2024.

"Invest in Hunan and return to hometown" is Sany's long-standing vision.Sany has invested a total of 25.5 billion yuan in Hunan, with a planned investment of 64 billion yuan, and almost all cities and prefectures have projects under construction and planning.In response to the call of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government to build Changsha as a global R&D center city, Sany is expected to invest more than 23 billion yuan to build the Sany Science and Technology City project, which will create an output value of 300 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 15 billion yuan after completion.

On the eve of the opening ceremony, at the series of activities of the 11th Global Hunan Entrepreneurs Conference, the inaugural meeting of the Hunan Hunan Entrepreneurs Friendship Association and the press conference on the construction of the Hunan Entrepreneurs Headquarters Base,The Hunan Hunan Entrepreneurs Friendship Association was formally established, and Xiang Wenbo was elected as the first rotating president.At the opening ceremony on the 13th, Shen Xiaoming, Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, awarded the "Hunan Hunan Entrepreneurs Friendship Association".
