On March 11, Li Ke, Director of the Science and Technology and Information Technology Department of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Zhang Jinbo, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, visited the Sany Global Science and Technology Innovation Center for on-the-spot researchTrinity ConstructionInnovations in intelligent construction. As a leading enterprise in the industry, Sany Construction Engineering has fully demonstrated the hard core strength of "technology, equipment and cloud platform", and has been highly praised by the leaders of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission.

The research meeting was presided over by Director Li Ke, and representatives of more than 30 units, including the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Science and Technology Promotion Center, the Publicity Center, the Comprehensive Affairs Center, Beijing Rail Transit, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Jinyu Real Estate, Beijing Urban Construction Group, Beijing Housing Group, Beijing Building Materials Research Institute, Beijing Construction Engineering Group, Beijing Urban Construction Science and Technology Promotion Association/Beijing BIM Alliance, gathered together to discuss the blueprint for the development of intelligent construction. Ma Yunfei, Chief Engineer of Sany Construction Engineering, Jin Wanhang, General Manager of Sany Group's Infrastructure North China Region, Li Lizhang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sany Heavy Industry, and Liu Junshuai, Project Manager of Sany Global Science and Technology Innovation Center, participated in the whole process, and comprehensively demonstrated the company's innovation and practice achievements through special reports and project field visits.

In 2023, Sany Construction Engineering will be rated as "Beijing Intelligent Construction Innovation Center", "Beijing Intelligent Construction Industry Base" and "Beijing Construction Industry Internet Platform". At the meeting, Mr. Ma Yunfei, chief engineer of Sany Construction Engineering, reported on the progress and results of these three works.

1. Technological breakthroughs: The innovation center leads the industry to make breakthroughs
Sany Construction Engineering has carried out the research and development of SPCS and other series of technologies in accordance with the core technology route of "cavity wall column, equivalent isomerism, corner post-pouring, in-plane operation + industrialized mechanical and electrical + prefabricated decoration", and the research and development results have been applied in the country for more than 26 million square meters, among which the life science park project built by Sany Construction Engineering won the first prize of the "Good House" competition, setting a model of building industrialization.
2. Industrial collaboration: The intelligent base activates and the production capacity jumps
As an intelligent construction industrial base in Beijing, the Nankou plant realizes the digital control of the whole process of component production through SPCI industrialization software and intelligent equipment cluster. At present, 22 alliance factories have been empowered, driving the component production capacity of 450,000 square meters, the application area of more than 6 million square meters, and the total output value of 1.16 billion yuan, promoting the coordinated upgrading of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei construction industry chain.
3. Digital Ecosystem: Platform aggregation reshapes the industry ecosystem
Truly realize information sharing, data-driven, real-time feedback, dynamic coordination, and matching transactions. It has achieved online collaboration of 6,154 enterprises, 5,142 business opportunities, more than 9,300 users, more than 800 registered factories, and a total transaction volume of 7.31 billion yuan. Covering the whole process of design, production and construction, we will build a "Zhuxiang Cloud" in the construction industry.

As a pilot project of intelligent construction in Beijing, the main structure on the ground is in the form of steel frame, and the underground is made of SPCS prefabricated cavity wall columns, with an assembly rate of 79%. The project deploys the PCTEAM Zhuxiang cloud platform, based on the five intelligent construction scenarios of "investment and planning, planning and design, production and procurement, construction and delivery, operation and consumption", to provide professional technical services for E, P, and C parties, and realize the online collaborative management of the whole life cycle of the project, related roles, and related elements. Through the deployment of the platform and various intelligent equipment, the cost was saved by 6.22 million yuan and the construction period was shortened by 105 days.
