The special construction plan for large-storey and high-rise in-plane operation of SPCS system was successfully implemented in Beijing

On April 16, 2025, the expert demonstration meeting of the special construction plan for the in-plane operation of the main structure of the Sany Intelligent Manufacturing Acceleration Base project was successfully held in Beijing, and the meeting brought together authoritative experts in the industry to conduct in-depth demonstration of the plan. The successful convening of the expert demonstration meeting marked the successful implementation of the in-plane operation technology of the SPCS system with a large floor height (6.1 meters) in Beijing, and at the meeting, the technical route of the SPCS system "cavity wall column, equivalent isomerism, corner post-pouring, in-plane operation + industrialized electromechanical and prefabricated decoration" was fully affirmed.

At the demonstration meeting, Yue Zilong, the chief engineer of the projectTrinity ConstructionXu Shengjie, vice president of the research institute, made a detailed report on the special plan for in-plane operation of the main structure of the project, and the authoritative experts who participated in the expert review meeting fully affirmed the "in-plane operation" technology and agreed that the plan was feasible, and hoped that the product could be fully promoted and applied after standardization.

The Sany Intelligent Manufacturing Acceleration Base Project of this demonstration meeting is located in Shigezhuang Street, Changping District, Beijing, with a standard floor height of 5.8 meters, a top floor of 6.1 meters, a total construction area of 38,966.4 square meters, an above-ground construction area of 18,823.09 square meters, and an underground construction area of 20,143.31 square meters.

The project empowers the five stages of the whole life cycle of the building through the use of the three core elements of intelligent construction of "technology (cavity wall column, equivalent heterogeneous, corner post-pouring, in-plane operation + industrialized electromechanical and prefabricated decoration), equipment (intelligent PC production line, electrified intelligent engineering equipment), and cloud platform (Zhuxiang cloud platform)", so as to achieve "structural safety, cost excellence, green wisdom, good quality, fast construction, and resource saving" 6 goals.

It is worth noting that the in-plane operation can be exempted from the traditional outer scaffolding, so that the main structure construction is completed in the structural plane, eliminate the safety risk brought by the construction of the outer frame, avoid the constraints of the outer frame on the construction period, and save the cost of 10-35 yuan/㎡ compared with the traditional outer frame process, and the technology has been successfully applied in many projects in Beijing, Hunan, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, etc., with an application area of nearly 500,000 square meters.
