A few days ago, Sany Renewable Energy successfully signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and a Power Contract for Difference (CfD) for the Alibunar project in Serbia, marking a key step in the field of new energy in Serbia and providing an important fulcrum for the subsequent deepening of the European new energy market and the expansion of global business territory.
Sany Renewable Energy Serbia's Alibunar project is located in eastern Serbia, one of the most wind-rich regions in the country. The total installed capacity of the project is 168MW, and the average annual on-grid power generation capacity will reach about 480 million kWh after the completion of the project. The project is planned to have a construction period of 2 years and an operation period of 25 years, and is expected to achieve commercial operation in 2028. After being connected to the grid, the Alibunar project will provide Serbia with a large amount of clean energy, which will help optimize the local energy structure and reduce dependence on traditional fossil energy.
