Sany Group's intelligent manufacturing technology exchange seminar was successfully held

On July 4, the technical exchange seminar on "Model-driven Intelligent Manufacturing, Twin Ensuring Quality and Cost" hosted by Sany Group Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters and undertaken by Commercial Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing Company was successfully held in Changsha.

Tang Xiuguo, chairman and president of Sany Group, commercial vehicle intelligent manufacturing company, tree root technology, business headquarters, R&D management headquarters, intelligent manufacturing headquarters, and intelligent manufacturing system leaders and experts from various business units attended the meeting.

At the meeting, core teams such as commercial vehicle intelligent manufacturing companies displayed the construction results of commercial vehicles 1.0 in three dimensions through the innovative model of "virtual and real integration" that combines on-site and online. Leaders at all levels and intelligent manufacturing experts conducted group discussions on topics such as model drive and twin guarantee, and initially launched the implementation framework of intelligent manufacturing 2.0.

Tang Xiuguo pointed out that in the future, the manufacturing industry will present a new pattern of "online large models, offline robots, twin metaverse, and collaborative blockchain". As an enterprise with a sense of national responsibility, Sany must plan intelligent manufacturing from the height of leading the development of the global manufacturing industry. He emphasized that to create an intelligent manufacturing scenario 2.0-4.0, the first step is to improve the "QCD" of operation and achieve customer high recognition of the quality of Sany products through intelligent manufacturing scenarios. Secondly, it is necessary to build intelligent manufacturing into a social-oriented industrial model product and create solutions that empower the industry and ecology.

Since the beginning of this year, Sany Group has held four intelligent manufacturing technology exchange activities in Xi'an, Kunshan, Pump Road, and Changsha, which has effectively promoted the "long board, make up for the shortcomings, study trends, and promote improvement" between various business units in terms of process technology, industrial engineering, organizational efficiency, and 34 6S. A total of 223 leaders and experts from the ten major divisions participated in the exchange activities. Through in-depth discussion and experience sharing, a total of 156 replicable experiences have been learned from each other by mutual reference, and 37 have been applied so far, with corresponding QCD revenues of more than 6 million.
