Lean empowerment, driving development - the semi-annual lean conference of the pump road division was successfully held

August is golden, and autumn is just beginning to rise. After spring sowing and summer watering, the lean tree of the operation platform of the pump road division has flourished and bear fruit.




On August 8, the Pump Road Division, together with the Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters, the Strategic Growth Office and the Quality Upgrade Office, held the semi-annual lean achievement conference of the Pump Road Division. Eight lean production lines from 5 factories in the operation headquarters and 4 processes show off their skills and communicate with each other.




At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Liu Wenlong, general manager of the operation headquarters of the pump road division, summarized the lean promotion work of the pump road division in the first half of the year with "6 haves", Mr. Liu Wenlong said: "In the past six months, our lean promotion work has been organized, targeted, supported, scheduled, participated and achieved. As of July, a total of 7,215 improvement proposals have been submitted, with a cost reduction of 28.45 million, an average cycle of 15.3% (20%), and a manufacturing cost of 12.1% (13%).




After a short video documenting the Lean Advancement process, the competition officially began. 8 production lines such as "8 Immortals Crossing the Sea" are full of confidence and enthusiasm, sonorous and powerful professional reports, showing super personal strength, and presenting a wonderful feast to everyone. Changde Company's host assembly line has increased the line balance rate from 50% to 75% through a number of measures such as eliminating bottlenecks, cultivating multi-skilled workers and improving supply assurance capabilities, compressing the production cycle of main sales models from 5.1 days to 3.8 days, and the proportion of multi-skilled workers jumping from 30% to 88%, which effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of employees for improvement and achieved remarkable results in lean improvement.




During the competition, Mr. Deng Hongwei, deputy leader of the manufacturing and quality growth team, affirmed the benchmark production lines with "using the right tools, executing the right instructions, and doing the right things correctly"; Mr. Liu Qiang, the supervisor of the Quality Assurance Headquarters, proposed that "although our lean improvement is different from the focus of QC, we must also learn from each other, and the two have the same goal, and ultimately contribute to the lean of the enterprise", Zhao Lei, director of the CEO's office, commented on the participating production lines from the perspective of service management. Mr. Zhao Lei said, "We must accumulate small victories into big victories, seize every profit, and accumulate it into the company's cash flow and net profit"; Mr. Zhang Zuozhi, vice president of the Institute of Technology, recognized the achievements of the company's benchmark production lines at this stage, and also pointed out that now is only the starting point, and lean improvement has no end.




At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zhang Kejun, deputy chief engineer of the pump road division, made a key summary of the conference: "This lean conference is quite successful, but we also need to recognize the gap with foreign enterprises, and we must use "golden eyes" to find problems and improve, so that lean can be replicated and promoted into a corporate culture, and everyone must have ambition and ambition to build lean into an industry benchmark."



After online + offline system scoring, Yang Ping, who finally came from Changde Company, the operation headquarters, relied on "Mixer truckThe "production line" lean project won the 10,000 yuan award in one fell swoop, and Shu Haojun of Changsha Company's turntable line and Jia Xiao of the assembly line won the second and third places.




This lean conference is not only a display of achievements, but also an experience sharing meeting and a mobilization meeting for action.
